AGC is offering a 2-day certification course to meet the new Idaho Transportation Department requirement for General Contractors to provide weekly inspections by a Certified Water Pollution Control Manager (WPCM). This course will cover EPA requirements for NPDES & Stormwater, ITD Requirements, and also includes 1/2 day REVIEW of in-the-field Stormwater BMPs. A WPCM is required to complete training within twelve months of beginning a new project and does not need to take the course again if the project takes longer than twelve months to complete. Cost is $399.00 for AGC members and $599.00 for non members.
